ASTC Director Matt Roche has been involved in sports field auditing and benchmarking at Suncorp Stadium, on regular frequencies, since 2002.
ASTC is involved in independent performance and analytical testing for Suncorp Stadium, which is a Stadiums Queensland venue.

Bribie Island Soccer Field Redevelopment

MBRC have engaged ASTC to undertake a pre-works site investigation and soil testing to then provide technical specifications in the redevelopment of Soccer Field 1 within the Bribie Island Soccer Club. Quality Control inspections will also be undertaken during the redevelopment to assist Council.

Soil Testing in the Isaac Region

ASTC have been engaged by Isaac Regional Council to visit the region and collect soil samples from their sports fields for nutritional testing. Isaac Council has requested independent testing and recommendations to maintain and improve their sporting facilities.

Since 2018, ASTC has been undertaking sports field auditing (benchmarking) across Somerset College’s sporting fields. This was following ASTC’s involvement in the redevelopment of both sports fields in 2017 and 2018.

Sports Turf Fertiliser Trial

ASTC organised a sports turf fertiliser to be setup within South East Queensland. The trial, endorsed by Brisbane City Council, was established to compare 22 fertilisers products from suppliers to be able to demonstrate differences to Council and sporting clubs.
