Ballina Shire Council – National Emergency Management Agency – Flood Recovery Works

As part of the National Emergency Management Agency – Flood Recovery Works program, ASTC was engaged by Ballina Shire Council to conduct audits of various sporting facilities. ASTC completed a comprehensive review of 8 sporting fields across 4 precincts within the Council.

The detailed reporting provided by ASTC examined existing surface levels, features and issues which allowed us to provide a final list of drawings, technical specifications and a detailed bill of quantity for each site for tendering purposes. 

Location: 4 precincts within Ballina Shire Council – Kingsford Smith Park, Saunders Oval, Ballina Heights Sports Complex and Fripp Oval.
