ASTC has been engaged to provided Project Management services to Clairvaux Football Club for the redevelopment of their lower sports oval. The Lower Oval, containing two soccer fields, is being redeveloped through funding provided by the Club and the Queensland Government’s Minor Infrastructure and Inclusive Facilities Fund (MIIFF).

The scope of work was released for tender online on the 14 June 2024 through the Courier Mail. The opportunity to tender closed at 5:00PM on Monday 1 July 2024.
Redevelopment work commenced on the site in September 2024 by the appointed Principal Contractor Twin View Turf.
