- Detailed survey designs, contours and sections
- Sports field construction
- Topsoil (sand blend) importation
- Turfgrass
- Establishment and maintenance
During construction and consolidation:
- Quality control checks
- Analytical testing
- Provision of an annual sports turf maintenance plan
