ASTC has been engaged by Rohrig (QLD) Pty Ltd to provide specialist turf consultancy services for the construction and maintenance of new sports fields at Ormiston College in Ormiston, QLD. The fields include a large 1.5-hectare multi-use sports field and a natural turf field inside the new tartan athletics track.
ASTC were engaged to conduct a sports field audit and soil nutritional testing across the College’s sporting fields. This was to determine the status of the existing fields and to assist with the new sports fields which commenced construction in late 2020.
ASTC has been engaged by Cricket Australia to conduct a comparative field study at Alan Border Field in Brisbane, QLD.
City of Sydney engaged ASTC to undertake the independent sports field auditing of their playing surfaces in 2019.
ASTC were engaged by St John’s to undertake a sports field audit across their two multi-use sports fields and provide recommendations to maintain and improve the playing surfaces. A turf maintenance plan was also provided.
In September 2019 ASTC commenced a busy sports field redevelopment period with works being conducted at Annerley Football Club (Annerley), Pine Hills Football Club (Bunya), North Pine Football Club (Dakabin), Northlakes Rugby League Football Club, (North Lakes) and Caboolture Junior Rugby League (Caboolture).
ASTC provided written specifications for the design and construction of new rugby and athletic fields. We also provided quality control inspections during the construction and consolidation period.
ASTC provided Sunshine Coast Grammar School with independent sports turf consultancy services to assess, maintain and improve their sporting fields.
